Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation policy is applicable to whosoever has downloaded, for whatever reason, the apps, which belong to SkoolApp Distribution Pte Ltd or Mobileappsdevelopment.com.au or UNICORNIS PTY LTD or Aussies Business Apps collectively referred as (“Aussies Business Apps”)

1. Definitions.
   1. “Aussies Business Apps” means the mobile apps provided by the Company on the App Stores to the Customer. These mobile apps are available under following names; “SkoolApp Distribution”, “Aussies Business Apps”, and “Mobileappsdevelopment.com.au”
   2. “App Stores”means the App Store from Apple Inc for iOS devices and Play Store from Google Inc. for Android devices.

 

2. Refund Policy.
   1. Due to the nature of our work, we incur efforts into providing the Aussies Business Apps in several ways. Due to this no paid amount will be refunded whatsoever the case may be.

 

3. Cancellation
   1. This Agreement is non-cancelable during the term.
   2. If you are paying monthly, quarterly or other milestone based payments, you MUST pay all balance payments in case of stopping to use the Aussies Business Apps.
   3. All of your data will be provided to you upon termination in an electronic form suitable and possible by the Company

 

The Company reserves the rights to modify these terms and conditions.
